Privacy

This site keeps a small first-party activity record to protect the service, diagnose problems, and understand which features are useful. It does not use advertising trackers or sell activity data.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics automatically measures visits and interactions such as page views, scrolling, and outbound-link clicks. Google may receive browser, device, network, and approximate-location information needed to provide Analytics. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled.

What is recorded

Meaningful actions such as a page visit, selected market date, opened ticker, chart date inspection, personal filter change, sign-in event, and use of Heart, Bookmark, or Thumbs Down selections may be recorded. Location is limited to the country, region code, and timezone supplied by Cloudflare.

What is not recorded

Activity records do not contain raw IP addresses, exact coordinates, city or postal location, browser fingerprints, prices, email codes, authentication tokens, or free-form typed content.

Accounts and retention

Anonymous visits use a secure random identifier whose protected hash is stored for up to 90 days. Activity records are also removed after 90 days. If you sign in, account activity can be associated with your verified email account so your Heart, Bookmark, and Thumbs Down selections and saved chart measurements work across visits and devices. Signed-out chart measurements are kept only in this browser and are not associated with an account unless you later sign in and the account has no saved measurement for that ticker. WorkOS receives the email plus limited network and browser request context to protect, deliver, and verify the one-time email code. The site does not store that code or WorkOS access tokens. Protected, purpose-specific network and email digests are used temporarily to prevent abuse.
